Here's a quick recipe for on of my favorite breakfast dishes. As you may already know, I love all things oatmeal. In fact, for the past two years, I've eaten oatmeal for breakfast about 80 percent of the time. To keep things from getting boring, I tend to add things here and there to spruce up my oatmeal concoctions. Since Ireland refuses to import my favorite brands of oatmeals, improvisation is necessary!
Strawberry + Banana Oatmeal
1 instant pack of oatmeal (make with water)
1 TSB of Strawberry preserves
1 Banana
1 Packet of artificial sweetener
1/4 cup of milk (after cooking oatmeal)
Voila!
